Shipping policy

Where do we ship from? All Chai & Dye products are handmade in India and shipped directly to your destination.

Delivery times Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 4 weeks from the date of shipment. Please note that international shipping and customs clearance may occasionally cause delays beyond this estimate.

Shipping carrier We ship via international postal and courier services. A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Order tracking You will receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel is shipped. You can use it to follow your package's journey in real time.

Customs duties & import fees Chai & Dye ships internationally from India. Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees charged by your country's customs authority are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
